As the new academic year approaches, GHS Mbonjo is excited to welcome prospective students into all classes. To ensure a smooth admission process, we invite all applicants and their parents or guardians to begin the official file submission process starting Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
📅 File Submission Schedule
File submissions will take place every week from Tuesday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM at the school campus.
📝 Required Documents
Each student file must include the following:
- ✅ A clean photocopy of the birth certificate
- ✅ A clean photocopy of the progress report card
- ✅ A clean photocopy of the results slip
- ✅ A stamped handwritten application
- ✅ One 4×4 passport-size photograph
- ✅ An admission form (to be obtained from the school)
- ✅ A school file (to be obtained from the school)
Please ensure that all documents are neatly prepared and legible.
❗ Important Notice to Parents
NO COLLECTION OF PTA DUES OR PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES IS AUTHORIZED FROM ANY PARENT, NO MATTER THE REASON, WITHOUT DUE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HONOURABLE MINISTER OF SECONDARY EDUCATION.
This directive must be strictly adhered to in order to maintain transparency and compliance with the Ministry’s guidelines.
