GHS Mbonjo Limbe Launches 2025 Club Activities

GHS Mbonjo Limbe held its official launch of club activities during a school assembly marked by strong participation and a warm spirit of community. The Principal, Mr David Moki, opened the event with words of appreciation to the teaching staff, students and the 2016 batch of ex-students who honoured the invitation. He noted that the involvement of former learners shows the lasting bond they share with the school.

During his remarks, the Principal awarded Form 2B for maintaining the cleanest classroom this term. He encouraged other classes to improve their hygiene and aim for the next award. As part of this effort, the 2026 batch of ex-students donated cleaning cans to support a “Clean School Campaign,” reinforcing the school’s commitment to a healthy learning environment.

The event was coordinated by Madam Angu Grace. Under her guidance, all registered clubs were presented to the student body. Each club introduced its aims and activities to help students make informed choices before official registration on Wednesday 10 December.

The student representative also addressed the assembly and highlighted the value of joining a club. He spoke especially on the opportunities offered by the Environmental Science Club and encouraged learners to take part in activities that improve their surroundings.

The event closed with a short address from the Principal. He thanked the organisers, teachers, club coordinators and students for their cooperation. He wished all learners a safe journey home and encouraged them to reflect on the clubs they may want to join.
